If you see two question marks ?? in any messages received from your customers, then either they've typed them, or it's more likely that customers have tried to send an emoji.

The platform and numbers used by MyRound, look and behave a lot like mobile numbers, but they're not exactly the same. This means that MyRound will send and receive text only characters.

Replies are displayed in red

When MyRound displays the message history for any customer communication, it uses three colours to justify and align the text to make it easier for you to read:

Messages from the customer are shown on the left and in Green.

Replies are shown on right and in red until they've been delivered.

Once we have received delivery notification they turn blue.

We can't tell you when they've been read.
