Table Service

MyRound is designed to assist venues to provide a table service in accordance with current government guidelines.

By enabling customers to order from their tables, the amount of time your staff spend in close proximity to customers when taking initial orders can, therefore, be reduced.

You can promote your order number throughout your premises with some simple order instructions:

"To order food or drinks from the Bull's Head, please send an SMS message to 07860 017 xxx stating your table number and what you would like. One of our staff will bring the order over as soon as it is ready."

The customer can text an order to you directly.

The message arrives within moments on your Laptop, iPad or tablet:

Any additional messages from the customer are automatically added to existing orders:

Alternatively, you can still reduce the time staff spend near customers by only approaching customers when you know they are ready to order:

"Thank you for visiting the Bull's Head. We are operating a strict table-only service. Please do not come to the bar. To order food and drinks, please text your table number to 07860 017 xxx and we'll send a member of staff over to take your order."

You could also use the system as a table waiting service

"Thank you for visiting the Bull's Head. We are operating a strict table-only service. Please text your name and the number of people in your party to 07860 017 xxx. We'll reply back with a table number, or our current waiting time."
